Elevator Mechanical Techncian ( Multi-Brand

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Mechanical Technician (Multi-Brand) to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of elevator and escalator systems from multiple manufacturers. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of lifting equipment in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.

• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs on elevator systems, including doors, hoisting systems, guide rails, and safety components.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Handle callbacks efficiently by investigating and resolving previously reported issues to prevent recurrence.
• Follow up on service callbacks to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Carry out installation, modernization, and refurbishment works as required.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide training and technical support to junior technicians when required.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company guidelines while performing duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in elevator maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and servicing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred).
