Job Overview

The Handyman supports the Engineering department to promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are well maintained.

• Address minor issues such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing furniture, and patching drywall.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and building systems to prevent potential problems.
• Handle plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Address minor electrical issues by replacing light bulbs or switches.
• Perform painting and touch‑up work to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the hotel.
• Handle basic carpentry tasks such as repairing or replacing wooden fixtures.
• Address guest requests for maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
