** Full-Time#### About the RolePSI is seeking an experienced TIG & ARC Welder capable of performing fit-up and welding activities for pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, and heavy fabricated assemblies.

The role requires the ability to interpret construction drawings, welding symbols, and Welding Procedure Specifications, and to complete welds in compliance with ASME, PED, project specifications, and applicable quality requirements.####

Key Responsibilities
* Perform fit-up and welding of pressure vessels, piping, nozzles, reinforcement pads, and fabricated assemblies.
* Weld carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, and nickel-based alloys.
* Carry out TIG/GTAW, SMAW, and MIG/GMAW welding for pressure-retaining applications.
* Perform welding in all positions, including 1G through 6G, overhead, vertical, and confined-space positions.
* Weld longitudinal seams, circumferential seams, nozzles, reinforcement pads, and related vessel components.
* Perform overlay welding, precision weld repairs, and corrective welding when required.
* Interpret WPS, PQR, welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
* Complete welds on thick-wall vessels, high-pressure components, and heat exchanger joints.
* Maintain weld quality to satisfy RT, UT, PT, MT, and other applicable NDE acceptance criteria.
* Inspect joint preparation, alignment, root gaps, cleanliness, and consumables before welding.
* Follow approved preheat, interpass temperature, consumable-control, and post-weld requirements.
* Coordinate with fabricators, inspectors, and supervisors during fit-up, welding, and inspection activities.

* ITI or Certificate in Welding and Metal Fabrication Technology.
* Valid 6G welding certification is required.
* Minimum 5 years of related pressure-vessel or heavy-fabrication welding experience.
* Strong experience with TIG/GTAW, SMAW, and MIG/GMAW welding processes.
* Ability to weld multiple metallurgies, including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, and nickel alloys.
* Experience welding pressure vessels, thick-wall components, nozzles, piping, and heat exchanger joints.
* Good understanding of WPS, PQR, welding symbols, drawings, ASME/PED requirements, and NDE acceptance criteria.
* Physically fit with good vision, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in elevated or enclosed areas.#### Key Requirements
