Electrical Technician

Plant Power Maintenance Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspection, troubleshooting and periodic repair of distribution cabinets, lighting systems, sockets and all electrical equipment across the plant, office and living quarters to ensure electrical safety.
• HVAC maintenance: take primary responsibility for cleaning, refrigerant charging, fault repair and preventive maintenance of central and split air‑conditioning and ventilation systems, keeping workshop temperature and humidity within production requirements.
• Water supply & drainage infrastructure: maintain and service the plant's water supply network, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures and other utilities, promptly resolving leaks, blockages and similar issues.
• Office furniture & fit‑out maintenance: handle minor repairs of office desks, chairs, door and window locks, wall and floor finishes, etc.
• Preventive maintenance: establish a facilities‑equipment ledger and draw up and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly preventive maintenance plans to reduce sudden equipment failure rates.
• Distribution room management: manage housekeeping and operational monitoring of distribution rooms and generator rooms, if any, strictly following power‑on/power‑off procedures and safety rules.
• External supplier coordination: for items requiring specialist external repair (e.g. large chiller servicing, fire‑protection maintenance) follow up on site and supervise the work.
• Emergency response: respond to power outages, water leaks, AC shutdowns and other emergencies, and participate in the plant's fire‑safety patrols.

• Major in Electromechanical, Electrical Automation or a related technical field, with 3+ years of facility‑maintenance experience in a large factory or commercial complex.
• Certification: A locally recognized electrician license (or equivalent) preferred; familiar with local electrical‑safety standards and codes.
• Technical skills:
  Proficient in industrial/commercial wiring; capable of independently repairing AC/refrigeration and water supply & drainage systems; able to read basic electrical schematics.
• Language:
  Basic English communication (able to handle daily work alignment, read equipment English labels and safety warnings).
• Attitude:
  Physically fit, hardworking, strong service awareness and fast response; able to accept shift adjustments for emergencies.
• Personal qualities:
  Strong safety awareness (PPE use, LOTO lockout/tagout, etc.); meticulous and responsible.
