General Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain heavy machinery and construction equipment, especially Bobcat machines.
• Diagnose faults independently and carry out repairs accurately to avoid rework.
• Complete repair work on Bobcat machines within required time frames.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and servicing.
• Read technical manuals and schematics to identify correct spare parts.
• Communicate with customers regarding technical issues and warranty-related matters.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing and new customers.

• Diploma/Degree/Technical Certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience in outdoor service and repair of Bobcat machines.
• Strong knowledge of tractors and beach cleaning machines.
• Skilled at diagnosing electrical issues independently.
• Ability to work in a team of technicians to attend heavy machinery jobs.
• Preferably with a valid UAE driver’s license.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle jobs individually.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and electronic/manual parts catalogues.
• Honest, reliable, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
