Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they elevate into significant problems
- Perform hands‑on repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and other essential facilities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or related field is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems are highly desirable, showcasing commitment to professional development
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
