Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee and manage all electrical construction activities on-site ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Interpret complex electrical blueprints schematics and specifications to guide installation and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
- Implement and enforce rigorous electrical safety protocols conducting regular site inspections to mitigate risks
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in electrical construction project management
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale electrical installations in commercial or industrial sectors
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or PMP is highly advantageous
- Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean-shaven policy applicable
- Candidates must be immediate joiners
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
Managerial and SR. Positions- A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
