QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred for foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position to ensure leadership capabilities.
Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, with strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
