Field Operator 1
- Completions is responsible for supporting the execution of completion operations at customer well sites while ensuring the highest standards of safety quality and operational efficiency

• Assist in the preparation inspection assembly testing and operation of completion tools and equipment before during and after field operations
• Perform rig-up and rig-down activities in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements
• Support the execution of completion services including running completion equipment and associated downhole tools
• Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with Weatherford s Health Safety Environment HSE and Quality Management System requirements
• Conduct pre-job inspections toolbox talks and equipment function tests to ensure operational readiness
• Monitor equipment performance during operations and promptly report any abnormalities or equipment failures
• Perform routine maintenance cleaning servicing and preservation of tools and equipment
• Complete field documentation operational reports maintenance records and service tickets accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory of equipment tools and consumables assigned to field operations
• Follow standard operating procedures SOPs work instructions and customer-specific requirements
• Assist with loading unloading transportation and storage of field equipment
• Maintain good housekeeping standards at workshops warehouses and wellsite locations
• Work closely with Field Engineers Supervisors and customers to ensure safe and efficient service delivery
• Participate in training programs competency development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support onshore and offshore operations and work rotational schedules as required

• Basic knowledge of oil and gas well completion operations and oilfield equipment
• Understanding of mechanical tools hydraulic systems and completion equipment
• Ability to safely operate hand tools lifting equipment and basic workshop machinery
• Strong commitment to Health Safety and Environmental HSE practices
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow technical procedures and work instructions accurately
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and under varying weather conditions
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and electronic reporting systems

• High School Diploma Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Electrical Petroleum or a related technical discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in oilfield services completions drilling or related field operations
• Previous experience with completion tools or well intervention operations is an advantage
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn oilfield completion technologies
• Valid certification for offshore survival H2S and other industry-required training is an advantage
• Physically fit and medically cleared to work in field onshore and offshore environments
• Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules including extended field assignments
