Overhead Crane Operator

Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of an active, valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License, backed by a completely clean traffic and workplace safety record with zero major at-fault accidents.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience operating high-capacity overhead gantry cranes (50+ tons), specifically within heavy manufacturing, steel production, or seaport logistics environments.
• Exceptional physical health and visual acuity. Must pass rigorous Abu Dhabi medical and occupational health screenings, explicitly proving flawless depth perception to safely maneuver heavy steel loads.

• Safely and precisely operate heavy-duty overhead cranes to lift, transport, and position massive steel coils, rebar bundles, and raw scrap metal across the extremely active ICAD production floors.
• Strictly adhere to all Emirates Steel HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, executing mandatory pre-shift mechanical inspections on crane rigging, hoists, and hydraulic systems to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Coordinate seamlessly with ground riggers, dispatch managers, and loading bay staff via radio communication to rapidly load commercial transport vehicles and prevent severe supply chain bottlenecks.
