Carpenter Position - Bani Yas City
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 per month and we are willing to consider a foreign applicant.
The ideal candidate should have experience in carpentry but minimal experience is acceptable as long as you demonstrate good knowledge of carpentry techniques. You should also be able to read and interpret diagrams, sketches, or blueprints, as well as knowledge of various types of wood and their characteristics.
Responsibilities:- Construct new wooden structures according to specifications from blueprints or drawings.
- Repair existing structures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Install items such as shelves, cabinets, doors, windows, gates, stairways etc.
- Check the accuracy of all measurements and calculations prior to construction or installation.
- Follow safety protocols for working with tools and heavy machinery.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in carpentry (minimal experience acceptable)
- Ability to read diagrams and blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of various types of wood and their characteristics
- Good understanding of safety protocols when working with tools and machinery
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
