Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and work on various projects that require instrumentation expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing all instruments and systems associated with the process control systems. The salary for this role is 1800 per month.
- Maintain, repair and service all instruments associated with the process control systems
- Calibrate instruments regularly to ensure accuracy
- Test and inspect instruments for faults
- Troubleshoot instrumentation issues
- Install, configure, commission, maintain and repair electrical components
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed while working on instruments
- Maintain records of maintenance activities
- Liaise with vendors to obtain spare parts when needed
- Diploma or degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the instrumentation field preferred (minimal experience required)
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics accurately
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
