We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood. The role requires a strong knowledge of the building and construction industry, as well as excellent carpentry skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, be highly organized and have exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- measuring and cutting wood to required sizes
- constructing frames, doors, windows and furniture
- installing doors and windows
- performing minor repairs
- using power tools such as saws, drills, planes and routers
- minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry or equivalent qualifications
- open to applicants with no experience who can demonstrate their knowledge in this field
- able to work flexible hours
- follow safety regulations at all times
- communicate effectively with other team members
- provide excellent customer service
