- Proven experience as welder (min. 2 years)
- Hands-on experience with various welding techniques (TIG, MIG etc.)
- Excellent physical condition and endurance for long shifts
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches or technical drawings
- Attention to detail and an excellent work ethic
- High school diploma; trade school certification is a plus
