Mobile Equipment Operator – Offshore
WE ARE HIRING – MOBILE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Location: Offshore Islands

Department: Logistics / Offshore Operations
Reports To: Lifting Engineer / Operations Supervisor
We are looking for experienced Mobile Equipment Operators to join our offshore logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate Forklifts, Backhoe Loaders, Front Loaders, Excavators, Tractors, Manlifts and Bobcat Skid Steers
. - Conduct daily equipment inspections and function tests.
- Ensure equipment remains within required inspection and servicing intervals.
- Operate equipment safely and within manufacturer/design parameters.
- Assess load center and load balance before lifting.
- Use Banksman/Signaler when required, especially during obstructed-vision operations.
- Warn personnel of load movements and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure all equipment controls and safety systems are functioning correctly.
- Report maintenance and servicing requirements promptly.
- Follow manufacturer instructions and resist any unsafe operation.
- Be capable of using fire extinguishers and responding appropriately to emergencies.
Minimum 21 years of age
Minimum Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
Valid UAE Driving License – Category 8 / Heavy Tractor
Valid Banksman Signaler certification as per ADNOC Training Matrix
Relevant competency/training certificates for the equipment operated
Forklift:
Minimum 5 years' experience
, including 3 years in oil & gas
Manlift:
Minimum 1 year of oil & gas experience
Training certification in relevant areas such as Forklift, Excavator, Telehandler, Noise Management, Manual Handling, Radiation Safety/NORM Awareness and Compressed Gas Cylinder handling
Physically fit with good eyesight, hearing and reflexes
Strong knowledge of safe lifting, load handling and offshore operations
Offshore Oil & Gas Experience is highly preferred.
