Lifting Supervisor; Walkin - Mumbai, Chennai & Kochi
Oversee all lifting operations ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards to prevent accidents and injuries. Develop and implement detailed lifting plans considering load weight, center of gravity and site-specific hazards. Conduct thorough pre-lift inspections of all lifting equipment including cranes, hoists and accessories to guarantee operational integrity. Direct and coordinate the activities of crane operators, riggers and signalmen providing clear and concise instructions throughout the lifting process.
Possess a valid certification in Lifting Operations (e.g., LEEA, IPAF, or equivalent) demonstrating expertise in safe lifting practices. Have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor in heavy industrial, construction, or offshore environments. Hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, providing a strong foundational understanding of mechanics. Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and lifting plans.
Criteria
- Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean-shaven policy applicable
- Candidates must be immediate joiners
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience. Managerial and SR. Positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
