The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Technician to maintain, service, and ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment within a luxury destination. You will work with F&B and culinary teams to minimize downtime and uphold high safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other gear; performing preventive and corrective maintenance; coordinating with teams; and keeping detailed maintenance records.
