We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fiber Optic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services at customer premises. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities- candidate Must BE available inside UAE( Only UAE Emirates can apply )
- Install, pull, route, and secure fiber optic cables (Single Mode & Multi-Mode).
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, and patch panel installation.
- Conduct fiber testing using OTDR, power meter, and light source.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify fiber faults and signal loss issues.
- Read and interpret drawings, fiber layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure proper labeling of fiber cables and update as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other technicians.
- Follow project schedules and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Comply with HSE policies and site safety regulations at all times.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and system checks.
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Zero-Five-four-seven-six-seven-four-two-one-one - Education Diploma in Fiber Optics,
- Minimum 2–5 years hands-on experience as a Fiber Optic Technician.
- Proven experience in fiber splicing, termination, and testing.
- Ability to use OTDR, power meter, and fusion splicing machines confidently.
- Strong understanding of structured cabling and fiber optic standards.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically fit to work on site and in challenging environments.
- Good communication skills; basic English required.
- UAE experience and immediate availability preferred.
