Piling Rig Operator

Operate piling rigs ensuring safe and efficient execution of piling operations according to project specifications and ground conditions Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on the rig including fluid levels mechanical components and safety devices to prevent breakdowns Accurately position the rig and drill piles to the required depth and alignment using advanced control systems and precision instruments Monitor drilling progress recognizing changes in soil strata and adjusting drilling parameters to optimize performance and pile integrity Collaborate with the site supervisor engineers and other crew members to coordinate piling activities and address any technical challenges Maintain a detailed log of all piling activities including pile locations depths and any issues encountered during the process Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the rig ensuring its operational readiness and longevity Inspect and maintain piling tools and equipment such as augers hammers and casing to ensure they are in good working order Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of piling techniques and equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational understanding of technical concepts.
• Possession of a valid Piling Rig Operator certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in foundation work, highlighting the ability to adapt.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating piling rigs on various construction projects, showcasing practical expertise.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, showing a proven track record.
