Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance and repair of MEP systems and equipment
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing-related issues
- Maintain and repair pumps, motors, electrical panels, piping systems, valves and related equipment
- Assist in the installation, replacement and commissioning of MEP components
- Inspect equipment and identify faults, abnormalities or potential breakdowns
- Attend emergency equipment breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, inspections and breakdowns
- Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues to the supervisor
- Perform basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing repair work
- Assist with maintenance of irrigation systems, water pumps, pipelines and agricultural equipment
- Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are used safely and kept in good condition
- Follow instructions from the MEP Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor
- Follow company safety procedures and UAE health and safety requirements
- Support the maintenance team during emergency repairs and other technical activities
- Experience working in agricultural farms, plantations, factories, industrial facilities, warehouses or similar environments
- Experience with irrigation systems, water pumps, motors, pipelines, valves and agricultural machinery
- Willingness to work outdoors and in agricultural or industrial environments
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment when required
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician, Maintenance Technician, MEP Technician, or similar technical role
- Good practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, electrical panels, piping, valves, and water systems
- Agriculture, industrial, facility management, or plant maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety procedures
- Ability to read basic technical drawings is an advantage
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and willing to work in agricultural/industrial environments
- Nationality:
Filipino, Sri Lankan, or Indian
