Qualification (minimum)

Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Experience (minimum)

7 + years' experience in maintenance of Filed Instruments and Control systems in Oil and Gas Industries.

Job Description

Conduct calibration and overhauling work for the control valves and field instruments, record all data calibration report for future references
Attend to breakdowns and perform corrective actions, ensuring adherence to procedures
Carryout preventive maintenance activities at all plant locations according to defined schedules to facilitate uninterrupted operations
Carry out troubleshooting on PLC, DCS, Hydraulic Control, Electro-Mechanical and other controllers of the control systems.
Conduct troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, installation, inspection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operation support.
Check all Instrument materials about the quantity for emergency purposes in the warehouse.
Assists in equipment start up and commissioning after maintenance activity is completed to ensure smooth recommencing of operations.
