We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fiber Optic Technician to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end installation of Fiber-to-the-Home FTTH services at customer premises This role requires a strong technical aptitude excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

- Install pull route and secure fiber optic cables Single Mode Multi-Mode
- Perform fiber splicing termination and patch panel installation
- Conduct fiber testing using OTDR power meter and light source
- Identify troubleshoot and rectify fiber faults and signal loss issues
- Read and interpret drawings fiber layouts and technical specifications
- Ensure proper labeling of fiber cables and update as-built documentation
- Coordinate with project engineers supervisors and other technicians
- Follow project schedules and complete tasks within deadlines
- Comply with HSE policies and site safety regulations at all times
- Perform routine inspections maintenance and system checks
- Maintain tools testing equipment and work areas in good condition

Education & ExperienceEducation Diploma in Fiber Optics Minimum 2 5 years hands-on experience as a Fiber Optic Technician
- Proven experience in fiber splicing termination and testing
- Ability to use OTDR power meter and fusion splicing machines confidently
- Strong understanding of structured cabling and fiber optic standards
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to work on site and in challenging environments
- Good communication skills basic English required UAE experience and immediate availability preferred
