• Do general building Civil work, tiling, brick laying and plastering, concrete work and steel fixing, wall repairs, silicon sealant applications/grouts and paintings/polishing.
• understand the rules and procedures of the hotel building and environment
• are thorough and adhere to the highest standards of preparation and cleanliness when conducting maintenance
• provide a support service to the Engineering Department
• know about health and safety, and can work under pressure
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
