Senior Rigger (×1)RIGGING & STAGING
Reports to: Rigging HOD
Department: Rigging & Staging
Direct reports: None (crew chief on assigned jobs)
Location: Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi(heavily on-site)
Role summarySenior on-site rigger leadingrigging crews on most jobs. Reviews drawings, supervises rigs, signs off loads.
Key responsibilities- Lead rigging build on assignedjobs.
- Review drawings and load calcsagainst on-site conditions.
- Supervise stagehands and freelanceriggers.
- Conduct pre-show safety inspections and sign off loads.
- Hands-on rigging work includingbridle calculations, motor positioning, hoist control.
- 6+ years professional rigging.
- Recognised rigging certification(ETCP, NRC, IRATA, or equivalent).
- Hoist control / chain motorexperience.
- Strong communicator under pressure.
- Zero safety incidents
- On-time rigging build completion
- Crew development
