We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of E & I Supervisor in Abu Dhabi
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals.

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at oil and gas facilities.
• Coordinate daily E&I activities and allocate work to technicians according to project and maintenance priorities.
• Review electrical drawings, instrumentation diagrams, specifications, and related technical documentation before execution.
• Monitor installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, instruments, control systems, cabling, panels, and field devices.
• Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all E&I activities comply with approved procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and site HSE standards.
• Inspect completed work and support testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, mechanical, operations, safety, and other site teams to complete E&I activities safely and efficiently.

• Electrical Supervision — Ability to supervise field electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Instrumentation — Knowledge of field instruments, control equipment, calibration, and instrumentation systems.
• E&I Troubleshooting — Ability to identify and coordinate rectification of electrical and instrumentation faults.
• Technical Drawings — Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation documentation.
• HSE & Permit-to-Work Compliance — Understanding of safe work practices applicable to oil and gas E&I activities.

• Oil & gas plant or project experience.
• Testing and commissioning exposure.
• Familiarity with hazardous-area E&I practices.
