Job Description:
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of E & I Supervisor in Abu Dhabi
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below,
- Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at oil and gas facilities.
- Coordinate daily E&I activities and allocate work to technicians according to project and maintenance priorities.
- Review electrical drawings, instrumentation diagrams, specifications, and related technical documentation before execution.
- Monitor installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, instruments, control systems, cabling, panels, and field devices.
- Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all E&I activities comply with approved procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and site HSE standards.
- Inspect completed work and support testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance, and handover activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, mechanical, operations, safety, and other site teams to complete E&I activities safely and efficiently.
- Oil & gas plant or project experience.
- Testing and commissioning exposure.
- Familiarity with hazardous-area E&I practices.

Minimum: Typical — Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred: Typical — B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
Additional: Relevant oil & gas safety, electrical, instrumentation, or hazardous-area certifications are advantageous.
