Roles and Responsibility
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve complex problems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to requests.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plumber or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
