As part of its continuous business expansion, the company is seeking skilled, dedicated, and certified technical professionals to join its expanding Facility Management operations team in Abu Dhabi. Qualified candidates holding an ITI or Diploma certificate in relevant engineering trades can attend the scheduled walk-in selection drive.

Applicants must satisfy the following technical qualifications and profile requirements:

• Education: ITI or Diploma certification in a relevant technical trade or discipline.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience with Pool Heat-Cool Units. UAE or GCC region experience is preferred.
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and troubleshooting ability.
• Work Approach: Demonstrated capacity to perform tasks independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Manual Driving License is considered an added advantage.
• Availability: First preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately (individuals currently on a visit visa or cancelled visa capable of joining within 5 to 7 days).

The selection process will be conducted directly through in-person walk-in assessments:

• Direct face-to-face technical interview with department managers and hiring leads.
• Skill evaluation regarding swimming pool chiller systems, heat pumps, plumbing networks, or electrical distribution panels.
