Electrical Supervisor – Roadworks & Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and leadelectrical technicians, electricians, and apprentices
• Plan, assign, and monitor dailyelectrical work activities
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Interpret electrical drawings,schematics, and specifications
• Inspect electrical work toensure quality, accuracy, and safety
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other trades
• Ensure proper use, maintenance,and availability of tools and materials
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce safe work practices
• Train and mentor team member sand evaluate performance
• Maintain records such as workreports, inspections, and material usage
• Assist with project planning,cost control, and scheduling

Qualifications

• UAE Attested Diploma in Electrical Technology or equivalent (Additional technical certification preferred)
• Valid ADQCC Certificate(Required)
• 5+ years of experience in electrical installationor maintenance
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Excellent leadership,communication, and problem-solving skills
