Handyman for Property Maintenance

Location:

Abu Dhabi

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues
• Perform repairs on equipment, fixtures, and furniture
• Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of properties
• Respond to tenant requests for maintenance in a timely manner
• Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
• Communicate with contractors and vendors for larger maintenance projects

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and colleagues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

• Previous experience in property maintenance preferred
• Experience working with diverse communities preferred
• Familiarity with local building codes preferred
