Full-Time Job Summary We are urgently seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman Supervisor – GENERAL MAINTENANCE Supervisor/ DIY SUPPORT SUPERVISOR "URGENT HIRING" for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The successful candidate will supervise and perform day-to-day general maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and DIY support across the hotel property. The role requires a hands-on professional who can identify maintenance issues, coordinate tasks efficiently, and ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, fixtures, and equipment are maintained to high hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of overall property maintenance, including building, electrical, mechanical, and equipment troubleshooting, along with proven experience supervising a maintenance team. Key

• Supervise and carry out routine general maintenance and minor repair works.
• Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, patching, fixture repairs, and other handyman tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
• Perform minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
• Supervise handyman/maintenance support activities and ensure work is completed correctly.
• Coordinate with specialized technicians for repairs requiring electrical,
• HVAC, plumbing, or other technical expertise.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance materials in good condition.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimum disruption to hotel operations.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality expected within a luxury hospitality environment.
