HS Machinery Trading LLC specializes in concrete pumps and mixers for sale and rental.

This is a full-time, on-site Hydraulic Mechanic role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hydraulic Mechanic will inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems on concrete pumps, mixers, and other heavy equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Daily tasks include diagnosing hydraulic and mechanical issues, performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, replacing or repairing faulty components, and testing equipment performance after service.

The role also involves maintaining service records, collaborating with operations and rental teams to minimize downtime, and following safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines while working in workshop and field settings.

• Strong skills in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair of hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs for concrete pumps, mixers, and similar heavy machinery.
• 3 years of work experience in GCC
• Hands-on background working with Heavy Equipment in construction, industrial, or fleet environments.
• Proficient Troubleshooting abilities for hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical issues
• Ability to read technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and service documentation.
• Knowledge of safety standards and safe workshop and field service practices.
• Basic English communication skills; ability to document work performed clearly.
• Physical ability to work with heavy components, tools, and equipment in outdoor and workshop conditions.
