Job description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Aluminium Pergola Fabrication Foreman with strong expertise in the fabrication and installation of aluminium pergola systems. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with louvered pergolas, motorized and automatic roof systems, and the ability to supervise production and installation teams while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the fabrication and installation of aluminium pergola systems.
- Oversee projects involving louvered pergolas and motorized or automatic roof systems.
- Manage cutting, machining, assembly, and installation activities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate production activities and ensure accurate measurements and proper material usage.
- Inspect aluminium profiles, motors, accessories, fittings, and other components before installation.
- Ensure correct installation and operation of motors, control systems, and automatic roof mechanisms.
- Supervise the installation of drainage systems and ensure proper water-flow management.
- Lead and coordinate fabrication and installation teams.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to quality standards and deadlines.
- Identify and resolve technical or installation issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aluminium Pergola Fabrication Foreman or in a similar role.
- Strong hands‑on experience in aluminium pergola fabrication and installation.
- Practical knowledge of louvered pergola systems and motorized or automatic roofs.
- Good understanding of cutting, machining, assembly, and installation processes.
- Knowledge of motors, accessories, fittings, and pergola drainage systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and supervise production activities.
- Strong team‑management, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on‑site and manage multiple projects or teams effectively.
