We are currently hiring experienced Piping Supervisors for our client, a major Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi, UAE.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in piping installation and site supervision, with the ability to read and understand piping drawings, follow piping installation procedures, and independently prepare piping-related work plans and technical proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate piping installation activities at the project site.
- Read, understand, and execute work according to piping drawings and approved installation procedures.
- Independently prepare piping-related work plans and technical proposals.
- Ensure piping installation activities are carried out according to applicable project requirements, codes, specifications, and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate activities related to:
Piping installation
Pressure testing
Piping reinstatement - Coordinate effectively with construction teams and other relevant disciplines to ensure smooth site execution.
- Maintain effective communication with the project team and support timely completion of assigned piping activities.
- Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in piping installation.
- Strong ability to read and understand piping drawings.
- Familiarity with piping installation procedure documents.
- Ability to independently prepare piping work plans and technical proposals.
- Good knowledge of applicable codes and specifications related to piping installation, pressure testing, and piping reinstatement.
- Good command of English – listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Must be willing and able to adapt to frequent/long-term overtime work when required by project activities.
- Candidate must have their own laptop computer for work purposes.
Candidates with previous experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or large-scale industrial piping projects will be preferred. Experience working in the UAE/GCC Oil & Gas environment will be an added advantage.
