Job Vacancy:
Excavator Operator (Indian Nationality)
Capstone Contracting
, one of the UAE's leading contracting companies, is looking for an experienced excavator operator to join our project sites across the UAE.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Minimum [3–5] years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects
- Valid UAE heavy equipment/excavator driving license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test
- Skilled in operating and handling heavy equipment (excavation, trenching, loading, leveling)
- Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings
- Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times
- Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willing to work at different project sites
Who can apply:
- Candidates currently in the UAE on a visit visa who are looking for work
- Candidates with a valid, transferable UAE residence visa
What we offer:
- Monthly salary:
AED 3,500 - Free accommodation provided by the company
- Free transportation to and from the construction site
- Medical insurance and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
