Electrical Technician / Electrician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in generators, lighting systems, and plant equipment.
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical wiring, conduits, panels, breakers, relays, contractors, timers, switches, and receptacles.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and identify corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations and systems.
- Use testing equipment such as multimeters and clamp meters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, permits, and risk assessment documentation.
- Ensure all tools and testing equipment are certified and fit for use.
- Follow ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and waste management requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior technicians when required.
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Vocational Certificate in Electrical Discipline or equivalent.
- Experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams.
- Proficient in using electrical testing instruments (Multimeter, Clamp Meter).
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
