Job TitleElectric Service Technician
Job DescriptionThe Electrical expert will fix and preserve the assigned Electrical properties within the property. This will include both PPM's as well as Reactive Job. The Electrical contractor is also expected to maintain documents of all job finished in addition to execute risk assessments before each given job.
Obligations- Trouble Shooting of Electric circuits
- Carry out PPM's and participate in responsive tasks
- Electrical Screening of DB's and also Electrical wiring
- Transforming Lights and also fixing lighting circuits.
- Examining of Electrical Circuits.
- Routine inspections of lights & power circuits.
- Problem shooting of faults in circuits.
- Transmitting of added light or outlet factors as required.
- Logging of reactive works carried.
- Trouble capturing of faults in lighting control system/dimmers.
- Trouble capturing of faults in VFD as well as Pumps electric motors.
- Understanding, Abilities & Experience
- An expertly identified technical credentials (ITI/Diploma etc.).
- Has deep understanding of engineering methods.
- Operational experience is vital.
- GCC FM Experience MUST (Minutes of 3 Years).
- Excellent interaction skills in English and also languages from the Eastern Sub-Continent is more effective.
- Capability to use CAFM Systems and also mobile application.
- Composed and also dental communication abilities.
