Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise charge hands and technicians in GI duct fabrication and installation, duct supports, dampers, grilles and diffusers
- Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor
- Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications
- Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection
- Track material usage and raise requirements in advance
- Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer
- Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Sheet Metal (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in ducting works in building construction, including experience as Foreman; GCC experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Good team handling skills
- Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity)
- Basic English or Hindi communication
- Ready to join immediately
