Located nearby is the crematorium which provides an opportunity for the pub to host functions in it’s exceptional function space.

The pub benefits from being one of only 2 pubs found in an area of around 2,500 adults. The majority customer base is made up of mixed demographics from medium to high income.

The food currently makes up 30% of the pub’s total sales.
