Hybrid | On-site approximately 3 days per week

Join a leading manufacturing organization and play a critical role in managing payroll operations for more than 3,000 employees. This Payroll Analyst opportunity offers the chance to apply your payroll knowledge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while supporting a large multi-state workforce.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience
• Extensive experience with Workday Payroll required
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting international payroll processes preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday
• Audit payroll data including hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax with holdings
• Reconcile payroll reports and validate payroll accuracy
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Process off-cycle payrolls for corrections, terminations, and bonus payments
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to maintain employee data accuracy
• Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 reconciliation
• Maintain payroll documentation and identify process improvement opportunities
• Provide backup support for international payroll operations

• Ability to work on-site in Acton, MA approximately three days per week
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
