Job Opportunity At Colonial Chevrolet Of Acton

Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking a skilled and experienced Quick Service Technician to join our team in providing top-notch automotive services to our valued customers. This full-time position will be responsible for performing a variety of quick service tasks on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other minor repairs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Sign on Bonus up to $2000

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with compensation ranging from $18 to $27 per hour, paid weekly. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services.

• Perform quick service tasks, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and filter replacements, on a variety of vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor vehicle issues
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle issues and recommendations for repairs
• Complete repair orders and maintain accurate records of services performed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a quick service technician or similar role is preferred
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
