We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Vendor Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Purchasing Manager in qualifying and maintaining all current vendors.
- Qualify new vendors and manage annual vendor qualification renewals.
- Enter, update, and maintain vendor information and documentation within SAP.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of vendor performance ratings.
- Participate in quarterly vendor review meetings with division directors and update vendor ratings accordingly.
- Manage vendors related to corporate office supplies and shipping services.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendor account representatives regarding operational issues, contract updates, pricing changes, and service matters.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and track overall spend related to office supplies and shipping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- SAP experience preferred, but not required.
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up and coordination skills.
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity).
