Senior Product Manager
Acton, MA (Hybrid) – 12 Months
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager for an Integration Services Platform to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of a large-scale enterprise API platform, enabling scalable, self‑service API development using Mule Soft while partnering closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Integration Services Platform.
- Own and prioritize product and delivery backlogs across multiple engineering teams.
- Conduct product discovery by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and identifying high‑value opportunities.
- Partner with engineering leadership on roadmap planning, capacity management, release planning, and prioritization.
- Drive the transition toward a self‑service integration platform that empowers product teams to independently build and deploy APIs.
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate product direction, priorities, and roadmap updates to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Measure success through business outcomes, platform adoption, and customer value rather than delivery metrics alone.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years managing technical platform, integration, or infrastructure products.
- Strong experience with API platforms, RESTful services, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with Mule Soft (highly preferred); experience with Apigee, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Management is also acceptable.
- Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams while translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of developer experience (DX), self‑service platforms, and AI‑enabled integration solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic Product Manager with a strong technical background who balances long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution, leads cross‑functional teams, influences stakeholders, and delivers measurable business outcomes in a fast‑paced Agile environment.
