Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential hardwood flooring projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate closely with general contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and labor hours.
• Oversee installation teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Resolve job site issues and adapt plans as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure projects align with safety standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with hardwood floor installation is required.
• Familiarity working with general contractors on high-end custom homes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, labor tracking, and scheduling.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
