- Ensurematerialsorderedaretospecandwithinbudget.
- Providesubmittalsandprocurematerialstomeetschedulemilestones.
- Workwith Operations Managertoidentifyandremedypotentialscheduleandbudgetaryissues .
- Manageandapproveweeklyfieldlogsforaccuracybeforesendingtopayrollandjobcosting.
- Reviewandapprovevendorandsubcontractorinvoicesweekly.
- SendoutRFI’sasneededtoarchitectasquestions/discrepanciesariseontheproject.
- Haveacompleteandthoroughunderstandingofprojectplansdocuments,andLSK’s.
- Ensurecrewsarebuildingtospecifieddetails.
- Workwithestimatortoprovideestimatesandchangeordersforextrawork.
- Trackjobproduction&cost,basedonreportedlabor&quantitiesvs.estimated.
- ReviewandsubmitmonthlyAIAinvoices.
- Ensureprojectpunchlistitemsarecompletedontimeforprojectcloseout.
- Thoroughunderstandingofplantspeciesidentificationandknowledgeofplantvarieties
- Thoroughunderstandingofmachineoperation,toincludeskidsteer,mini-excavator,andlargermachinery.
- Thoroughunderstandingofmasonrytechniquesandvarioushardscapematerials,includingstone,concrete,andmanufacturedmaterials.
- Havestrongleadershipskills.
- Abletocommunicateeffectivelywithsub-contractors,clients,architects,and management.
- Abilitytouse Microsoft Officesuiteandknowledgeofconstructiontrackingsoftwarepreferred .
- Organizationalskillsarenecessary.
- Bachelor’sdegreewith3to5yearslandscapeprojectmanagementexperienceor
Highschooldiploma(or equivalent) and6+yearsoflandscapeprojectmanagementexperience - Valid driver’slicense
- DOTCertificate(acquiredwithinonemonthafterdateofhire)
- OSHAsafetytrainingcertificate
- Mustbeabletoworkinalltypesofweather,includingextremelyhotandextremelycoldtemperatures.
- Mustbeabletoliftto
75pounds. - Mustbeabletostoop,kneel,crouch,reach,andstand.
