Job Summary:
Einstein Tutoring LLC is seeking experienced and passionate Special Education Tutors to join our team. These in-person positions offer both short-term and long-term opportunities, with significant potential for growth. Tutors typically start by working with one student and may be assigned additional students based on performance and availability.

This role is highly flexible, allowing tutors to work between 4 to 40 hours per week, depending on their preferences and availability. If you’re looking for a rewarding role that makes a tangible difference in students’ lives, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic support to students with special needs, helping them achieve academic and social goals.
- Assist students in meeting their Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to students’ strengths and needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, sharing updates with teachers, parents, and administrators as required.
- Support students with academic tasks, social interactions, and study skills development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages respect and understanding.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues to ensure consistent and transparent collaboration.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities related to special education.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with IEPs, autism spectrum disorders, and developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel within Framingham and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to supporting diverse learning needs.
- Flexibility and creativity in tailoring lesson plans to individual student requirements.
