Pay Range: $158.50/day

Qualifications and

Description:

Education:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Certification/Licensure:
Must hold valid state licensure/certification as a School Adjustment Counselor (or equivalent credential).

Experience:

Previous experience working with adolescents, particularly those with complex needs, behavioral challenges, and/or in alternative or therapeutic school settings, is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong crisis intervention and clinical assessment skills. Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and restorative justice models is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
