The position is part of the Horizons Program, serving students with complex learning and cognitive profiles. Students may have primary identification of communication impairment or specific learning disabilities and may secondarily experience social‑emotional and/or attentional challenges.

• Master's degree preferred.
• Massachusetts licensure in Moderate or Intensive/Severe Special Needs 5‑12.
• Demonstrated success with and knowledge of current research‑based interventions for students with disabilities.
• Ability to develop positive behavior intervention plans.
• Training, knowledge, and expertise in transition assessment, pre‑vocational and vocational skill development.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Postgraduate Certificate degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
