* Position Overview:

** The Global Supplier Quality Engineering team is responsible for driving Quality Engineering activities across Insulet’s component, service, and finished goods suppliers. The Co-op position will work closely with engineers on selection, qualification, and management of Insulet’s suppliers.
** Responsibilities:
*** Support and/or lead Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to improve product & process design specifications.
* Support and/or lead communication on design or process changes with suppliers via External Quality Action Requests (EQAR).
* Support and/or lead continuous improvement projects to improve supplier quality processes.
* Work hands-on with lab equipment (Optical Gage, Microscopes, Battery Testers, etc.) to aid Quality Inspections or Root Cause Analysis activities.
* Improve internal processes (data analysis, workflow systems, etc.) by automating tasks and standardizing methods using applicable software skills (VBA, etc.).
* Apply Six Sigma & Lean concepts.
* Performs other duties as required.

* Education and Experience:

* Minimum Requirements:

*** Currently enrolled in undergraduate mechanical, industrial, or bio-engineering program.
* 3.0 GPA or better
** Preferred Skills and

Competencies:

*** Mechanical aptitude / hands on mentality
* Strong attention to detail
* Data Analysis: JMP, Minitab, Excel
* Good documentation skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
** Physical Requirements (if applicable):
*** Lab Testing using relevant equipment

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.

-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
