- Coordinatewithfieldcrews,subcontractors,vendors,inspectors,andprojectteams.
- Identifyfieldissuesandhelpdeveloppracticalsolutions.
- Monitorworkforquality,safety,andcompliancewithprojectplans.
- Participateinprojectmeetingsandassistwithschedulingandcoordination.
- Bachelor'sdegreein
Civil
Engineering,Construction Management,orrelatedfieldpreferred. - Constructionorfieldexperiencepreferred;internships considered.
- Abilitytoreadandunderstandconstructionplansandspecifications.
- Strong communication,organizational,and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office ,particularly
Excel. - ExperiencewithHCSS,AutoCAD,Bluebeam,GPS/GNSS,orsimilarconstructiontechnologyisaplus.
- Valid driver'slicense.
- Abilitytoworkoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditions.
